Trip to the UK, what I got! Visit to the CCO and Duty Free

I recently went to the UK to visit my friend who lives in the lovely ancient Roman town of Bath. We are both into our shopping so we went over to Swindon Designer Outlets to have a look around.

I have been to Swindon before and the thing I was most looking forward to was the CCO or Cosmetics Company Outlet. For those of you who don't know, it's a shop stocking Estee Lauder company products (think Estee Lauder, Clinique, Mac, Bobbi Brown, etc), generally discontinued products but not necessarily.

In particular, I was on the lookout for a new moisturiser. I do love EL products so was delighted to find a duo pack of EL's Idealist and DayWear, both full size, for 63.50 GBP.

I have used both of these products before and this was a significant discount on the price of the two so I was really happy to pick this up.

They had lots of other interesting stuff, such as the Archie's Girls Mac range, the Mac 2013 Holiday range, as well as many items of regular stock at a discount.

I absolutely love the CCO and wish I lived nearer as I would probably go every few weeks if I could!

On my way home going through Bristol Airport, I stopped at the Dior stand to have a look at the mascaras.

I tried Diorshow before and liked it so I went for this newer product 'Diorshow Iconic Overcurl'.

Although not technically duty free, I also stopped off in the Claires Accessories in the airport. I have previously praised Claires for their new range of polishes and I was drawn back over again.

L-R: Dizzy and Rave
I was really excited to see this multicolour glitter called 'Dizzy'. It strikes me as so on-trend and a reference to some of the indie polishes you see at the moment. Claires really seem to be putting a lot of effort into their colours and I can't wait to try this. The price is brilliant too, I think I paid 3 pounds for this.

Rave is a neon pink. I have yet to try it so I hope it applies well as neons can go one way or another...

Overall I was really happy with what I picked up!
